Here we go!

Like the excitment of getting a new planner (what?  I find that exciting!) I’m starting something new today!  My official training plan starts, to end on Race Day, on 10/7/12.

Here it is:

I’ll have to move around my rest day as my schedule changes, but there is the plan!

Tomorrow will start my 6 days a week of morning workouts as well.  This will probably prove to be one of the hardest things I’ve done (physically anyway) but it is a goal I still want very badly to reach.

I need some good vibes… please send them my way! 🙂
